I totally agree, although I'm not in the Fire Fuente now camp.

I just think we need to be very thorough about this decision and we have not given Fuente a chance to reshuffle the deck with his staff.

I hate seeing all the VT alumni going as well.

I would prefer we make improvements to staffing where it needs it. Some argue he should have done that before now, but with last year being covid and 2019 we were 8-5 (not terrible) the time to fix your staff would be after this season, but we are not 100% sure this season will even end badly.

So why is everyone so eager to roll the dice, kick out all the staffing that is doing a great job, Jham growing into his position, special teams, Jack Tyler, etc, when Fuente has not had the benefit of changing up his staffing? We did not win yesterday, but our offense is improving no doubt! Special teams is doing well, and defense is not awful. Jham may just need a few more recruits and a chance to grow into position.
